James came to the property at the appointed time and was very thorough in his inspection. I had already decorated so was reluctant to remove plaster again to resolve the issue and sold the property on but If I was looking for somebody to deal with damp problems again, I would certainly hire James as he came across as a professional who knew his job inside and out.

I was dreading having DPC done - need not of worried, job was done quickly and cleanly. Jim turned up on time and was his quote was the price paid. Would definitely recommend - Thanks

James was outstanding, he visited the house to give a quote and pointed out what work needed doing and what wasn't required . On the day of carrying out the job he arrived on time and started working immediately . James carried out a very professional job and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone else. Good work, seemed to be just what was needed and not a huge job others had made it out to be

After leaving Jim to do a damp proofing job while i was away on holiday. He work solid all day without a break to get my work done. He quoted me for the actual work needed and not as some quotes where they falsely told me how the kitchen would have to be ripped out and the Chimmney breast would have to be stripped to bare brick. Jim's experience and hard work meant it was done in a day. My only bug bare is to come home and find my bin full of rubble. The bin men will not remove this and i have no access to a van to remove skirting boards and rubble from my yard to take to the tip. Very trust worthy though !

James provided a professional & timely job on my house, the damp course on the walls have dried out nicely. Would recommend him to other customers. Thank you.
