So happy with the new fence, exactly what i wanted. Turned up when he said he would, quote was sent the same day he came out. Cleaned up afterwards. Lovely lads, would highly recommend.

Reallly neat fence, friendly workers. I liked that they came when they said they would. There were a couple of minor delays during the work, but I guess that's expected. Some finishes inside property not tops, but functional. Did already and will recommend in the future, thanks James!

Reason for three stars: although JBC attended site prior to any works to discuss what is required to help him provide me with a quotation, a fee was then agreed, only for JBC fencing to then turn up on site to start the works and inform me has hasn’t allowed for half of the works in his quote, as he forgot to include it and therefore requested further costs to cover this work even though it was discussed at tender stage, which I refused to pay so agreed to continue with what he did allow for in his quote which was frustrating as it now leaves me with the works incomplete. I also did ask that they be careful with it being on a stoned drive and I understand the odd screw may be missed but we come across 6-7 screw left on the drive. The finish of the work was fine no issues just frustrating that it’s now been left incomplete.
