Not only did he arrive early every day, he worked tirelessly everyday to plaster our kitchen and bathroom, and his work was incredibly thorough. The finish is fantastic and the pricing was very competitive. The best tradesman we have ever hired. We had a tight schedule to get our kitchen plastered, Jason managed to squeeze us in and completed the job before our kitchen was due to be sprayed. Hi Adam I’m sorry you wasn’t happy with my service as we all know things happen from time to time which are unavoidable in life unfortunately that week I was unavailable I did explain to you that I’d had to clear my diary that week and was unavailable to complete the work I feel I gave you sufficient notice with a week to find someone else and if I’d been able to contact you we could of rearranged or discussed the matter further. Once again sorry you was unhappy with my service but i invite you to look at other works completed and feedback I’ve received and with numerous 5star ratings from various other platforms it was not my intention to cancel on you on this occasion Kind regards Jays plastering

The work was quite tricky as there were large old cracks. Jay made sure everything was was tackled in a thorough way. The result is amazing. So smooth and neat. He worked in a very clean and organised manner. He kindly gave us guidance for how to decorate afterwards on top of the area. We are so pleased with the work and highly recommend Jay.
