    Customer had a leaking lead pipe in the garage which needed replacing and had a faulty supplier's stop tap. I arranged for Bristol Water to fix the stop tap free of charge then completed the work I had been contracted to carry out. Customer was extremely happy with my service and workmanship.

    Replacing a lead pipe in garage, organised Bristol Water to replace faulty stop tap outside property and replaced taps for bath and sink. The work was completed to an excellent standard, in particular I was impressed with James' attention to detail. James gave me a quote and the work was completed on time and within budget. He gave me costings as we went along which was very helpful. James takes time to assess the job in hand and clearly explains what needs to be done. He is conscientious and checks thoroughly at the end of the job.
