Arrived on time, done great job, was willing to accommodate changes,great price.

Jack the plumber was excellent. He came to my house the day after posting my job on "mybuilder.com" and gave a quote. He then returned the next day to complete the job which was replacing the stopcock for the mains water and fixing all the leaking/dripping taps in both my kitchen and bathroom. Jack even replaced the horrible, moldy kitchen taps without being asked which made me very happy as I have never liked them! He was very professional in conducting his business (returing phones calls, turned up on time, stayed within the price quoted), he clearly knew what he was doing and left my kitchen and bathroom looking tidy. I highly recommend Jack and will be using him again.

Jack arrived on time (actually a touch early) and did the job as promised. He was fully professional and friendly. Before coming out we exchanged a number of SMS so I could provide more detail on the job. Fully recommended. Would definitely use again!

Jack's communication, via the website prior to being hired for the job, was excellent. He arrranged a day and time to come and do the job and arrived on time (in fact he was a few minutes early!). He's very friendly and pleasant and even had overshoes with him. He did the job in a very professional, clean and tidy manner and his rates are very reasonable. We will definitely use Jack again for any future work and would recommend him to anyone.

Really quick to respond and came out to give a quote. Was very detailed about the work involved so I knew what to expect and emailed me an estimate that I was happy with. Very pleased with the finished work and will definitely use Jack again!

I have to say that's twice I've been pleased with Jack and Stewart. We'd agreed 9.00 am today as I was off night shift, and at 8.59 am (yes I did check my watch), they were at the door. Straight in and on to the job in hand, clean and tidy during and after and they even got me an insulation bit to protect the tap in winter (nice wee touch) free of charge. I'm a bit old fashioned and being reliable, open and honest are important to me when choosing tradespeople. Someone you can rely on is worth its weight, so Not only will I be going back to Jack for other jobs, but I'll recommend him to friends and family. I think that says more than enough!

I was very pleased with the job done. Quick, polite and explained the issue for me. They were able to come over at 8am the day after agreeing to the job. It turned out that a new part wasn't needed and the price was adjusted accordingly. All in all, a very good service.

Communications prior to job were very good, and Jack was more than happy to give me both a day and time for the job to be done. A good start! Jack and his son arrived promptly at the agreed time and carried out the work very quickly. Two small fittings for my new tap were missing from the box, but he was able to provide them from his van stock at no additional cost to me. He restarted my boiler and checked to make sure my hot water was coming through properly and the tap and surrounding areas were watertight before leaving. I have to say Jack has a friendly, open and engaging manner which is valuable in itself. I would recommend him and will be using his services again!

I am very pleased with the service from Jack. From the beginning - contacting me as no one else had, offering to take a look then successfully diagnosing the problem and resolving quickly. Even not taking payment for a few days to be sure the problem didn't recur. Highly recommended. Thanks very much Jack, constant hot water what a treat!
