Excellent. Chris contacted me promptly, gave a reasonable quotation, and did the (non-urgent) job within days. He is very expert, and explained very fully what he was doing. He carried out the job quickly and effectively.

Chris responded to me quickly with loads of information about the type of system that I should have installed. He talked me through the different options, and did a remote review of the current installation. I sent him through pictures at nearly 10pm and he'd already looked at them, and sent me an incredibly detailed email by 9am the next morning - I was super impressed. As a woman dealing with these sorts of things on my own, its great to speak to someone who you feel is giving you honest and genuine advice and not just trying to rip you off. As the flat was city center based and upon discussion it sounded like a bigger job than I originally listed, he said he wouldn't be able to complete the work. Nevertheless, he verified some other quotes I'd had through to help me understand what was reasonable or not. Would definitely be using him in future on work outside the city center. Chris was friendly and professional and was able to come out the next day to fix my loo. He was happy to talk me through what he was doing and gave me some advice on my hot water tank too. Would recommend!
