Sink removed from bedroom
Thanks Jack for excellent work done. Removed the sink from bedroom effectively and blocked the pipes. He went extra mile and helped take sink to the garden. Cheers.

But problem sorted the next day after I posted the job, very pleased for the quick service from Chris. Will arrange to replace the tap and radiators. Highly recommend to anyone who need the plumber.
