    Interior painting & plastering
    I was happy with the painting work done by Jaafar and his team. The walls in our house were old & in bad condition. Bonding, sanding & painting work was done on the walls and we are happy with the results. I would recommend Jaafar painting services. 💯

    Painted ok but turned up without dust sheets etc A bit messy I had a lot of paint to clean up I just want to respond to Jaafar When you get a builder / painter you expect the basics as dust sheets your own paintbrushes? When asked if I had materials onsite As in paint yes that was there . As in very messy he made no effort in cleaning up afterwards and it took me hours to clean up after him As in The painting I have no issue it’s the details that matter

    Just to clarify — before I came to do the job, you told me that you already had all the materials and that you had painted the kitchen yourself but the finishing was not good, so you only needed me to apply one final coat. I did the work exactly based on what you told me and with the materials you provided. Anyway, thank you for the review, even though it’s not really fair.

    Paint interior of 3 bedrooms house
    Jaafar was absolutely fantastic! Reasonable price and really went the extra mile to make our job perfect! Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional and friendly painter in London.

    Job went perfectly fine with Jaafar. He did hard work and didn't mind doing extra work which even was not agreed. I strongly recommend.

    Patching and painting a few spots across living room and bedroom
    Jaafar is a wonderful and professional painter. His attention to detail is outstanding, and his work is flawless. For the yellow stinks, he did 5 coats which shows his incredible attitude to flawless. He even went above and beyond by repairing some extra wall damage and scratches at no additional cost. For just a few scratches, he painted the entire wall to ensure a perfect finish. I will definitely use his services again — highly recommended!

    Painting stair hallway and two all bathrooms
    Absolutely terrible experience. He arrived 30 mins late, used my brother’s Crocs without permission, and only did one coat of paint despite agreeing to two. He left paint stains on the stair carpet and didn’t paint the full corridor—he skipped the upstairs wall entirely. The grey undercoat still shows through, and there are patchy areas throughout. Paint was left on the metal stair railing, and we had to beg him to clean it off. Very unprofessional and barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. I honestly wouldn’t recommend him. I’m not sure if his behaviour was due to racism, lack of professionalism, or both, but what I expected was quality work—instead I was left with frustration, cash loss, and a job that now needs fixing.

    I’m sorry the customer is unhappy, but this review does not reflect the reality of the job I completed. First, the pictures shared in this review were taken before I started the work, not after. I provided a very fair price for this job, even gave a discount as it was my first time working with them. The hallway was extremely high, which made the job more challenging, but I still accepted it and finished the work with two full coats of paint, not one. I also have clear before and after photos to prove this. I always aim to be professional, respectful, and honest with my clients. It’s disappointing to receive a harsh review after doing my best. Please feel free to check my other reviews — I genuinely care about customer satisfaction and always try to deliver quality work. Unfortunately, I believe this particular review is unfair and does not represent the service I provided.
