Jordan was friendly and informative, turned up when he said he would. He checked the job out before he agreed to do it. There was a problem concerning the stopcock leading into the flat, I'm afraid I couldn't help him there, because I didn't know (to be followed up with Wales and the West Housing Association). Anyhow he was able to install the outside tap from the kitchen, and gave me advice as to my concerns about frozen taps and leaks. He even disconnected a length of pipe under the sink I didn't know was there. It was cramped there. In summary very grateful for someone prepared to call and do a small job, which will help me enormously. I will place business cards in a folder in the communal area, but cannot post them on the notice board. He was quick and methodical, and clean thank you Jordan.
