Joran Rea made a very clear and straightforward presentation of how he would change our old Ideal boiler for a new Vaillant 25 kW gas boiler. To carry out the initial survey he arrived to the minute and filled us with confidence. We narrowed our choice down to two engineers and decided on using Jordan as he had far more experience and was much more reasonable and willing to fit in with our company's wishes. Although he is moving to Barry shortly, he has given us the name of a local contact to whom he is related, so we know we have a good ongoing contact to carry out the annual service that is necessary to maintain the 10 year Warranty. He was most professional in his approach, and treated our en-suite (where the boiler is sited) as if it was his own. Having had many tradesman in the house we can say he was the most professional and we would recommend Jordan to anyone wishing to have plumbing work carried out.

Jordan fitted our dishwasher for us. He was a reasonable price and did a good job. We would use him again.
