J Bamford painting and decor papered my hallway in my bungalow . He starts and finishes in time and he does not take breaks. I couldn’t have been more happy with the results and have already booked him again for my two bedrooms. I worry about having tradesmen in my bungalow so it’s great to find someone trust worthiy also. Thank you John.

Very poor quality Decorater paid him £650 to do my stairs hallway and landing but I bought the paper paint etc he tried to get away with not doing all my wood work which I had asked for in quote and just bodge things up don’t think he’s is actually a qualified decorator I’m soo upset when he left and me and my husband had a second look, we are really made at lack of effort and time he’s put in it just like he’s a learner I have taken photos I hate putting bad reviews but want people to see what they would get if they booked him don’t want them making same mistake I did really upset😡😢 The more we look the more we see gaps feel like his heart wasn’t in the job at all saddening 😤 The pictures below are there to see he didn’t strip the stairs he did strip and skim little bedroom this is not rubbish you judge for yourself the pictures are there for all to see you decide

John stepped in when I was badly let down by another decorator. He came out gave me a reasonable price and turned up on time on the 3 day job. The work he did was first class and my lounge looks great. My wife who is disabled worried as she had to spend 3 days in the bedroom but she is delighted with the results. John was friendly and professional throughout and finished on time. I would have no problem recommending him and when I need more done in my bungalow he will without doubt be the one I call. John did an excellent job, very professional and very clean & tidy. John is a perfectionist, and this shows in the standard of work he provides. He is friendly, helpful and worked hard while he was here. Could not be happier with my hallway, landing & stairs. I have already arranged to use him again.

Excellent job from start to finish. Stripped all the wallpaper from the stairs, fully prepped and sanded the surfaces, then painted the walls, ceiling, and woodwork to a high standard. Also hung the new wallpaper perfectly. Turned up on time, very helpful, and worked efficiently. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work that John has done for me he’s painted and wallpapered my lounge he arrived on time, got on with the job and cleaned up every day. John is polite and friendly. We have booked him for another job. His quote was good too.

Excellent in all respects. John is so conscientious with everything he does. Nothing is hurried, he is a true craftsman , his prices are extremely fair and we feel very fortunate to have found him.
