Other plumbers suggested covering over the old walls but John said we ought to strip back - and it revealed a mess and rotting wood that badly needed replacing. We needed to consider access and use for our dissbled son and John has lots of experience. His communication regarding job was great and no hidden surprises. Awful. Called twice, did not leave a voicemail. When I answered he was rude, asked if I still needed a quote. I told him no, it has been sorted. Ranted and swore down the phone. Avoid!Answer from tradesperson:
I called twice and left a message no reply. phoned for a third time got a reply only to be told that a friend was fixing the leak which is ok. I asked if he knew that when you shortlist someone in my builder that we get charged and he replied I don’t care, so I told him he was out of order for shortlisting people and not using them and he said that he was going to leave bad feedback as he did not like being told off.
