I had a very positive early call back from the Ivy Gardener. Took essential info and advised they would review the job. Came with an appropriate ladder for the job. We agreed to carry on and get job done. My job involved 3 very small plant / bush roots that required to be treated. We agreed the price for a single root treatment. My advice to future customers would be to ascertain what a root size is before starting the job. I ended up paying for 3 root treatments of which I am sure my root would not equal a very small tree although it was on a wall at a height. I have no argument with the work done except make sure you get a receipt at time of payment. Not sure there is any guarantee with the job as eventually when I did get a typed receipt via email it did not contain my address or date of the work carried out. I would recommend the lady but be sure of what you want and what you get for your money.
