Ted and the team contacted me within minutes of requesting for a quote. There were leaky gutters in the front and back of the house, proved by last nights thunderstorms. The quote was provided within a couple of hours when the team reached my place and I was happy for the work to proceed straightaway based on the reviews I have read here. They did an excellent job of cleaning, realigning and waterproofing the gutters; and performed a test to make sure it was all watertight. Hopefully this can now withstand the upcoming autumn season and onwards. Ted also provided information on aftercare support which was very professional. I recommend this service. Thanks, Alan

Very happy with the service that I received. Ivory Property Services contacted me quite quickly and they were extremely polite and amicable. They assessed the problem with my roof quite quickly, which wasn't what I thought it was, and provided me with a photo as evidence. They offered me a price to fix the damage, which I considered reasonable, and the work was undertaken then and there. I would recommend them to other people with small roofing problems.

Rating updated, they have been back 3 times as roof keeps leaking in the same place and now being ignored because I caught them out and I intend to report this company to trading standards. While Ted is the customer facing person and does the introductions, Joe can be found on the roof making problems. Chimney suddenly needed re-pointing, roof tiles broken. On the last visit Joe pulled up roof tiles on the corner of the house and pretended that there was an issue and took me in the loft to show light coming through. I called him out and suddenly there was no issue. I contacted another roofing company today that was recommended and local and they said the job has been bodged and the valley should have been replaced. All the gaps have been covered in mastic only as per the photos attached and broken tiles put back. They took hundred of pounds from me to mastic the issues. Pictures do not lie. Do not give this company your hard earned money.
