Ted from Ivory Property Services was very prompt in going to quote for the job and to get the job done. He was reasonably priced and gave good advice. Until it rains we will not know how sound the repair is, however I feel that it will be good.

Great service, Ted was able to come out next day and completed the job straight away to prevent further damage. He also found another fault and repaired while carrying out the rest of the job. Very helpful and easy to work with, would definitely recommend.

Dealing with Ted from first contact and to completion was very straightforward, professional and quick. They came out and realised it was a fairly straightforward repair job and offered to get it done there and then. So no more rain indoors for us. unfortunately with all this rain lately, the drain still overflows, so I'm going to have to get some one in to rod the drainaway. Didn't solve my problem.

Mr Barker came to fix the roof and gutter for me in February 2021. I have been waiting until there is more rain this month (August 2021) and see whether my roof has been fixed properly. The internal walls are dry so far so I am happy with their work. We will keep our eyes on the walls throughout the winter. Good job and thanks for their team.

Edward quickly came to the reasons why there was rain water leaking from my roof into the house. He proposed a couple of solutions which I was happy with and he put some sealant on the tiles which has now stopped the leaks. would definitely hire again

This company responded super quickly to an emergency for us on Tuesday where water was pouring through our light fitting. They quickly identifies the problem as being missing roof drip trays and luckily had them on board. From posting the job to completion it took less than 2 hours. Since the repair we have had lots of heavy rain and no repeat of the problem. The guys were friendly and helpful and the quote they gave seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
