Found Ted on my builder- he came round as agreed and assessed the work. Told him what I wanted done- he pointed all that has to be done and explained in detail how he will accomplish that and how long the work will take. Gave me a quote ….and a few days later we hired him to do the job. He did The work on the roof as agreed and took pictures of every stage and shared with me.Work was complete within time scale and can see he worked on all agreed sections- what I liked is he was sure of what has to be done from the onset ( not adding jobs half way through) , he provided pictures throughout the work, he provided an invoice & guarantee for the work. He is a man of few words and knows his trade very well. Will now have to wait for the rains to confirm the breach has been sorted. Would hire him again

Very good and professional service. Gave me a quote on the phone and let me know when they would be able to come and take a look. Arrived promptly and communicated clearly about the work that was needed. Advised of one other issue they’d seen whilst on the roof and showed me exactly what the problem was (loose chimney bricks and pot). Told me how much that would be to fix but left the decision up to me. I went ahead with the extra work and was really satisfied with the results and the cost. Communication throughout was very clear. They even re cemented an area that needed it without charge. I would definitely recommend, both the work and the service was excellent.
