I would be very happy to leave Ian and Karen the highest possible feedback. The work was done to a very high standard, quickly, and without fuss - and with a friendly and professional service throuhgout. Am delighted with the result and will definitely contact Ian again for future projects. Ian was very helpful in offering advice for my home improvement projects, Karen was also extremely helpful in providing quick and consistent communication via email. The price was very fair, all decisions were run past me first, and all work was done within the timescale agreed with Ian being very flexible around my plans and additions as the project went on. Both Ian and Karen proved to be 100% reliable, Ian was extremely sensitive being in someone else's home (I am a female living by myself) and actually good company too - I have the unusual situation of saying it was actually quite enjoyable having the work done! Thanks to both of you!!

Ian was fantastic, picked the job up at very last minute, it turned out to be a bigger job than first expected but it got done to a very high standard. Very happy indeed and myself and friends and family WILL be hiring Ian again in the near future. I can highly recommend him!!!!

Ian was bang on time when he came to do the job, and he rang me the previous night just to check if everything was still ok. He is a pleasant guy who gets on with the task without interruption and he did a good, tidy job in deteriorating weather conditions (sorry it didn't stay dry Ian). I'd recommend him to anyone, and will probably be using him again later in the year for some internal shelving work. Thanks. 10/10.
