I received a response from Ian within a few hours of posting my job (fitting of laminate flooring in my hallway). He then telephoned the same day to discuss the job and went through what I needed to buy, he also agreed to come the day I requested. Ian was very prompt and worked very hard on my flooring. He was very conscientious, precise and professional. Ian stayed until the job was done which even though it was quite tricky as my hallway is not perfectly straight, but you wouldn't think it as my hall now looks lovely. Ian is a lovely man and very easy to get on with. I now have his card for any future jobs and will recommend him gladly to my family and friends. Thanks Ian!

Absolutely brilliant quality of work. Ian provided a first class service! I also realised that i had 5 doors that needed trimming not 4 and he didn't charge me anymore for that extra door. Would highly recommend and will definately be using him again. Very friendly and efficient.

Ian laid my laminate and fitted two new doors and we are more than pleased with the finished result. His attention to detail and high standard of work, in my opinion, sets him apart from other tradesman we have used in the past. First class work. I am really pleased with the final result, and dealing with Ian and Karen has been a pleasure throughout the project. Ian is thorough and careful, and clearly concerned to do a quality job. He suggested good quality fittings (rather than just going for the cheapest to win the job) and it was definitely worth it. Ian arrived on time as agreed and his work is of a high standard, neat, tidy, and also goes that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. We needed to patch some tiles from the En-Suite and after his working day Ian went to two suppliers on his way home to try and source tiles for me. Certainly recommend him to family & friends.
