Andrew, quoted for my ‘Fire Place’ makeover project and was competitive in winning the job. Andrew Listen to what we wanted to achieve and offered advice on how we could progress. Andrew has completed the job to a high standard and was at all times very polite and courteous whilst working in our home, would employ Andrew again.

Well what can I say. Andrew came to assess the job and worked out exactly what I wanted. He then proceeded to do the job in record time, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was completed to an extremely high standard. He, and his Ninja helper Josh are not only lovely boys, but extremely proffessional and maticulously clean. I am delighted with the work and without hesitation would hire Andrew again. Actually, I’d prefer to keep this feedback private so that I could keep this gem of a builder for my own records, but I’m aware that that’s being selfish. From quote to completion Andrew's work has been excellent. His building skills, and finish are of a high quality, and he always left the site tidy at the end of each day. Andrew was there when he said he would be, and told us if he wouldn't be. He's very friendly, and wants to ensure you get what you want. His apprentices were also very friendly and hard working. I could go on... I'd recommend Andrew to anyone wanting an excellent job at a competitive price.

After some bad experiences with other builders in the past we were delighted to find Andrew Isitt construction. We couldn't have asked for a better builder than Andrew and his team. Totally professional, courteous, considerate, punctual, great at keeping us informed. Nothing was too much trouble. We are completely happy with the work done and the way they went about completing it. We would definitely use Andrew again.

Andrew carried out a range of building work for me including: 1) fitting of a 6m steel beam; 2) removing a chimney stack and inserting gallow brackets; 3) taking down lath and plaster ceilings and reboarding; 4) removing a wall to make way for bi-folds; 5) knock down several internal walls and inserting lintels; 6) digging out an internal area and putting in steps; and 7) moving an internal doorway. Andrew done an excellent job - he used his initiative to get the job done and work around little problems along the way. Nothing was too much trouble for him - he was pleasant to deal with and forthcoming with suggestions and solutions. Andrew and his team turned up on time and worked quickly and diligently. He offered a competitively priced service and I would not hesitate to use him again!!

Very nice, polite guy that explains the process, provides a breakdown of the work with costs and turns up when he says he will. Highly recommended.

Good presentation and very quickly replying our emails. He worked with us to tailor the cost of the job to our budget, that was very helpful. Andrew was very flexible and resourceful with own ideas to keep good value for money. Good work, clean and on the schedule as he finished by the proposed timeline. Friendly and with very good standards, he came back the day after he finished the job to give the final touches to perfection.
