Wayne made all the arrangements to pop out the next day he updated me all the time and ordered and fitted the new boiler as quickly as possible. The proposal was to change the siphon, but we could not go ahead with the job as the screws were rusted and the tank would not come off. I have no complaints about the service.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi Ankit Thanks for your feedback. Sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion. Unfortunately we were unable to remove the cistern to replace the flush valve as the bolts holding the cistern on where severely rusted. We also couldn't access the bolts to cut them off. As you have now decided to refurbish your cloakroom we have forwarded a quote for this work and look forward to working with you on this project Many thanks Wayne from iPlumb
