One hundred percent happy with the work carried out by Jamie, his son, Callum and Summer. They worked well as a team and certainly knew their onions. Jamie gave very good advice and there was zero pressure from him. I have read other reviews that say Jamie was good, but more expensive than others. That may or may not be the case, but whatever the answer, they were more than worth the money. Jamie recommended a new loft ladder and hatch. He was spot on. Access to our loft space is now so easy. Between the three of them, they worked fast and efficiently – no radios blaring and the street door left open all the time. I’d have them back any time, As a bonus, I have immediately noticed an increase in the temperatures in the house – particularly in the bedrooms etc. I read some negative reviews re making payment on completion. What do people expect? Jamie had to pay for all the materials etc out of his own pocket and rely on the honesty of his customers. He and is team deserve only the best of reviews. As I said at the start of this review, I said I was one hundred percent happy. Make that two hundred percent. Many thanks, Jamie, Callum and Summer. Brilliant job.

Very good job overall Noticed a difference in the house before they had even finished the job. We went with 400mm of insulation as our loft was losing a lot of heat. Both Jamie's son and Summer were friendly, pleasant to deal with and you wouldn't have noticed they were even there by the time the job was finished as clean up was A star! Thanks very much guys.

Jamie insulated and part-boarded my loft as I was moving into my property. The job did not get off to a good start as he arrived and said the property had asbestos, so he downed tools and left. In a panic I arranged for an asbestos survey to be done asap. The surveyor immediately said there wasn't asbestos in the property and he thought Jamie just wanted the bank holiday off. But we had samples tested and he confirmed there was none present. Jamie then restarted work several days later. Sadly this delay meant that I missed saying goodbye to a relative who was dying in hospital. Although Jamie and his son did an ok job, the work was (I now know) hugely overpriced and the finishing was not good - loft ladder loose and not completely touching the floor, architrave on the hatch had to be replaced etc. So I thought I had just paid for a bad job, but 6 months later I discovered that he had actually created an appalling condensation and mould problem in my loft, because he had over-insulated the loft, stuffed insulation into the areas where air should have been getting through, he hadn't insulated the hatch properly, and having 'kindly' installed a loft light for me had left a live wire untaped in my loft insulation. When I tried to discuss this with him, he refused to accept any responsibility, saying there was no ventilation in my loft, when he had in fact filled it in, and then he screamed at me and called me a 'silly c***' before hanging up.

Jamie was incredibly easy to deal with for our loft insulation and did a great job. He was quick to respond to our add/questions, came back with a competitive quote and then carried out the job quickly and to a high standard. His team were very tidy and respectful in the house which was very much appreciated given we work from home and were worried about disruption (there was none). Highly recommended.

Quick response, polite, friendly and clean installation. We can notice the difference that the upstairs bedrooms required less heating to get warm.
