Kieran provided a very good and professional service throughout the job. Everything was done to satisfaction, from analysis of the issue, planning, sourcing the shower parts required, to final installation. Very impressed with his care for your property, tidy, surgical work. Very good communication via WhatsApp, you are always informed of the progress. A pleasant demeanour even when things seem challenging, and a good hard worker that is determined to get the job done well. Will have him back for future jobs. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Kieran sourced the reason for a continuous leakage in our bathroom and sorted it out efficiently. He was honest, friendly and tidy. We'll definitely be using him again with any other plumbing issues we may have.

Kieran did a brilliant job and was very patient with the months-long pause between starting the work and then me being ready for him to complete it. He was punctual and friendly and a pleasure to have around.

Kieran was very polite on the phone, very keen to get the job, and an excellent communicator. until there were problems, then he just refused to respond to messages or calls. The major problem for us is that Kieron passed the job that he had taken to do for me, onto another tradesmen (Andrew Abdillah, Surrey Plus 24hr Plumbing & Heating) but without making this clear. Unfortunately the tradesmen was far from the professional we would have expected. By the time this was apparent it was too late as the tradesman he handed over to had already completed the job albeit to a far less than satisfactory standard.
