Extremely good service. They managed to come on the same day to assess the problem. I thought it was a bigger problem but they managed to find the issue and get the underfloor heating working there and then. Friendly, informative and well priced. Great response and great installation from Kieran. He responded quickly to my job on mybuilder.com and re-assured me about the issue I had with my diabetic son and Covid-19. He called me twice in advance, with details on the shower pump, price and eta. Kieran turned up as promised with a mask and gloves as requested and installed a new pump. He even wiped down the bathroom with wipes after he had finished. Very courteous guy who completed the job to a high standard. Will definitely use again and recommend to others !

I had a bath mixer tap replaced as my old tap leaked and eventually wouldn’t turn off. What would have been a simple job on a modern bath turned into a challenging job installing a modern tap on a very old bath with old pipe work. Kieran did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend Innovate plumbing and would use again.
