Excellent service from initial contact to completion of job. Mike explained options and provide a quote up front, assessed what was needed on arrival and worked quickly and cleanly. Checked I was happy with a change as additional parts were required. Really pleased with work and appreciate he was able to fit me in to his schedule as I was in dire need of a working shower. Can't praise Mike enough carried out refurb of shower unit to a vary high standard taking care to add extra protective skin and damp proofing with each layer boaded out and tiled the window and floor where rotten it has now been renewed I would have no hesitation of having further work carried out .

We have nothing but the highest admiration for the service Mike provided in repairing/refurbishing a leaking shower enclosure. From our first e-mail exchange to the most recent conversation, he was always supremely approachable and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. In these difficult times, not everything went exactly to plan (supply chain challenges) but we always knew exactly what was happening, and were guided by Mike's expertise to ensure a brilliant outcome. We look forward to Mike returning later in the year to update our cloakroom. But I am also afraid that as it becomes better known of what an excellent service he provides then he we will have a much longer wait to secure his services. We could not be happier with our new shower, and look forward to seeing you again later this year.
