I spent a good week for looking someone to install my boiler spoke with all big name companies and at the end found happy man called SAM and he got me discount from city plumbing for boiler and parts and labour price was very low I was thinking might be dodgy but I was wrong the work he done high standard more than my expectations he done proper power flush system all Radiators spent full day two man nice and clean pipe work at the end of the job hoover all the area I’m satisfied with the job they done highly recommended.

Sam Willson did a great job. He was punctual, tidy, polite and really knowledgeable. Stop looking and just ring Sam, you won't regret it.

good work, immediately spotted the problem and fixed it quickly well pleased with the work, i expected them to just give me a quote and sort a day to fix it, but they came inspected, quoted, and fixed it there and then

Price quoted for a central heating power flush was very competitive and that was the price we paid. The guys were very efficient and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

I’m just really not happy with it at all, due to a leak had to pull out bathroom. Had to take out a loan to pay for this! Sam works hard but the work is inadequate. First plasterer left a mess, second one left a crator on the ceiling (didn’t sand it down) it’s lumpy all over the walls and cracked in places, sam sent a decorator who sorted the ceiling but the walls are still so lumpy and cracked the finish is terrible, he left the floorboards so badly damaged they are dangerous and I have to replace half the hallway (where pipes are for boiler) it’s also dangerous going into the bathroom as he laid the base layer boards but didn’t sort out the entrance so it’s bouncy as is the whole bathroom floor that cracks a lot! He left an actual hole in the wall (where flue was) a window cleaner pointed this out to me, water had been coming in and hitting the boiler leaving the wall damp. Worst of all I paid £1500 for suit and £5k to Sam and the leak that started it all is still there! He’s been back twice and says he can’t see the problem (didn’t turn up last time so I’ve given up) the boiler carcas is still in my garden after asking 4 times for it to be removed. I noticed during the job he was laying new panel over the rotten walls also- I thought this would be common sense to sort out and didn’t want to have to project manage. Paid a lot and put myself in debt for a STILL LEAKING bathroom, badly finished, needs plastering again, dangerous floor boards and all will cost extra to fix

Sam made 2 appointments to do the work and twice he let me down with no alternative dates. Very disappointed ☹️
