Sam completely reconfigured the plumbing in my bathroom in just three days, removing an old bath and radiator and replacing them with a free standing bath in a new position and new repositioned radiator and towel rail with provision for two sinks. He gave a competitive quote which he kept to, even though the job had evolved and was also happy to do that little bit extra. He was efficient, and friendly and found resourceful ways to solve tricky problems.

Sam came out to fix a couple of items and had no problems adding a couple more to his work list. Excellent work, punctual, tidy and a nice guy to talk to. Jobs were all completed perfectly, although he was more than happy to come out later in the week to fix what I thought was a problem but turned out to be user error at my end!
