Great service! Highly recommended

All jobs completed in a very reasonable time. Sam was courteous, professional and tidy. I also was given a amazingly reasonable quote for a boiler replacement with a 10 year guarantee, and when old boiler failed for a last time, the replacement was installed by Sam in a record time, and, to my surprise, despite my apartment being on a THIRD floor, I didn't need to spend thousands for a scaffolding, which was a requirement for all other quotes I was given. Tiny quibble: mybuilder quote did not mention that Sam is VAT registered, so the bill for an original work was a bit higher than what I was originally expecting. All in all, I'm a very, very happy customer.

Sam was able to come out to the property quickly and to identify the issue. After ordering the required parts he returned promptly as agreed and installed and tested the new parts. He was prompt, friendly and courteous throughout. Will use him again.
