Peter did an excellent job. He came across as pleasant and trustworthy individual. There were couple of hick-ups down the road but Peter was diplomatic, took charge of his ‘hicks-ups’ and solved problems as they arose. PDK Property Services called me promptly and we arranged a day for Peter to come over and quote a price for the job. When he arrived he was very professional and polite. Within 12 hours I received a very reasonbly priced quotation by email. I agreed the price and we arranged a date for him to start the work. The day came and he arrived on time. He did exactly what I asked which was to replace the kitchen worktops, remove old tiles, re-tile, strip old wallpaper, re-paint, remove a 500mm base unit and replace it with a smaller 300mm one, fit dishwasher, move light switch and repaint the ceiling. I was pleased with the standard of Peter's work and how quickly and efficiently he carried out all of the jobs. I would recommend Peter to friends and family and would contact him again should I require anymore similar jobs. Thanks Peter for carrying out and completing a well priced and professional job.

Willing and friendly and reliable

Peter and his brother were always polite and friendly. I am pleased with the end result. It was not the simplest job and we ended up doing some tiling as well because we were pleased with the progress on the initial job. At some point, we were not quite satisfied with the finish on some aspects of the work, but Peter and his brother accepted all our comments and improved things where required so that we are now fully satisfied.

Peter is an excellent painter/decorator. Punctual, unfailingly polite and good humoured, no job was too small or too menial - on budget, too! Very impressed by the work undertaken, his professionalism and care. Highly recommend Peter.

Peter did a great job painting our flat. He did the job to budget and was flexible when we needed a couple of extra bits done. The job was completed to time and he was always tidy. I will use Peter again.

I initially hired Peter to paint my flat, he was the only tradesmen (I spoke to 5) who bothered to come round and give a quote. The quote was a good price as I only required the ceiling/walls/doors to be painted white and I was pleased with the result, but I'd like to add that other painters quoted me over double for the same work, which was just a paint job, no papering/skirtings. Peter returned 6 weeks later and spent a couple of hours doing some general handy man work and again, the result is what I needed and of a quality I couldn't have done without his help. I found Peter to be trustworthy, helpful, friendly and very fair with his pricing.
