Repointing front of terraced house. I cannot praise IAW enough for there quality of work and advice given to me prior to the job being done. From the initial quote to completion the process was seamless. They carried out the work in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Ian but took a while to start the job due to the weather, but once it got started I am really pleased with the results and would recommend Ian for further work.

Following a competitive quote I engaged IAW Brickwork to repoint the front of of my small mid terrace house. Firstly they wasted no time in giving me the quote. Once I had told them to proceed they started work as soon as the weather allowed and did the job efficiently and to a high standard. In my experience when you have repointing done there’s quite a lot of debris to clear up - not with IAW, they left the site clear. When IAW had finished they said they would return after a few weeks to retack the cables for the satellite and ariel to allow the mortar to set properly. This they did a few weeks later, as promised with out prompting. I have no hesitation in recommending IAW’s repointing work to other My Builder customers.

Posted on here with not much hope . Been let down a lot lately by builders promising to come then letting me down. Ian called the next day,arranged to view and came an sorted between his other jobs. I think he did a good job at a bloody good price. Will keep his number and use in future. Does exactly what he said he is going to do . No messing. Thanks guys
