Very efficient and friendly builders who do exactly what you require in the allotted time-frame. They're skilled and precise, work with no fuss, clear up mess and are very thorough. They troubleshoot when they have to and go the extra mile to help out when required in a proactive and effective way. They charge a reasonable rate and there are no hidden extras. You get a great job and you know exactly what you're paying for. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Cannot fault Ian and the team, great job. Good communication through the job and also let us know if there were any changes/issues and gave us a chance to decide what we wanted to do. Brilliant advice throughout also. Would definitely recommend to any anyone and will use Ian and team again!

Amazing friendly workers. Did an amazing job on converting garage to a room for me to craft in. They were extremely professional and yet friendly. Solved issue with where had wanted door and the room is more amazing than could dream of. Will definitely be recommending them to others and will be keeping them in mind for other jobs.

The kitchen was not always easy to put in however nothing daunted Ian and his son and they always found solutions. They kept in contact throughout the job ensuring any issues were quickly solved. Ian and his team responded to my builders.com very quickly and came to provide a quote within 24 hours . They were polite and professional throughout and managed to start the work at a time that suited us . They were helpful in coming up with solutions and completed the job across two days . They were tidy and cleaned up after the job. I'm very happy with the work completed .Would definitely recommend and use again .thanks Ian.

After carrying out a number of enquiries and getting various quotes, I found that M.A.M offered the most practical and effective solution to the tricky task of converting an upstairs cupboard into a toilet with a basin where there was no previous water supply and no space for a conventional waste pipe. Ian and Alan have a wonderful ‘can do’ approach and a wide range of skills as well as offering competitive quotes. They are really friendly, 100% reliable, and helpful with advice and suggestions. They just get on with the work quickly and efficiently with no fuss and minimum disruption. I subsequently asked them to do an identical conversion in my mother’s house and to install a whole new refurbished kitchen for her. I would be more than happy to hire M.A.M again.
