He’s committed and dedicated to his work and he has a natural flare of making you feel at ease and reassured - even through the stress of moving. We had a hiccup with the measurements which the property managers got incorrect but Dave still came through to make the job come together. Once he fitted carpet in the last room, it was like a weight lifted. The carpet looks gorgeous. So so happy with it. If you’re looking for a superb job with amazing results, Dave is your man. The finish of the Job (Polyflor safety throughout) was spot on. I have already spoken to Dave about future jobs. Did not hear from him again.Job complete with another carpet fitter from Checkatrade website.Answer from tradesperson:
We never agreed Friday or for that matter even a price to complete the job, I said I can potentially fit you in Friday but I'll have to let you know closer to the time as we are absolutely flat out trying to get everyone's floors done before Christmas. I wasn't working over the weekend as I was spending some well earned time with my children so didn't see any missed calls or messages untill Monday. By the time I had a chance to respond to clients I had already received this feedback slightly unfair I would say but I can't please everyone. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction at hunters flooring and that reflects through our many other positive feedback. My apologies Mrs lam.
