After a few false starts due to the snow the guys turned up and completed the work the same day. They did a really great job, cleaned up after themselves and were nice guys too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks.

I have inspected the work done and I am happy with it. Scott's quote was reasonable and he and his men were helpful, gave good advice and answered all of my questions. They did the job very quickly as arranged. I would employ them again.

We hired Scott and his team as they gave us a very competitive quote for a complete reroof. He came out when we were out at work and sent across an email with the quote. We didn't choose the best time of year for a re-roof as it was snowing / raining, so we had a few delays. Also, scaffolding was delayed and Scott ended up using a different supplier. We had some ups and downs with Houston Roofing, for example him saying he was going to come out and measure up but didn't, which delayed things. It was purely down to communication, which I told him I wasn't happy. He apologised and from then on, he kept us informed as to when things were being delivered, work starting etc. When he started the roof, I got "the call" saying that he didn't realise one part of the roof was ours too, so never gave us a quote for that. Also the chimney needed repointing. We paid the extra £400 which brought us to the same price as the next quote. The work was done quickly once started and he tidied up after himself. I know nothing goes smoothly, but there were things that were niggles - laying wood supports on our new rope posts (which pulled it through so we had to fix). Knocking security lights - that kinda clumsy stuff. Anyway, back to the work. Once done, it was fantastic work. Scott sent me photos at various stages throughout the work, and what was a horrible old roof now looks fantastic! We have left it a few weeks and no leaks, so fingers crossed!

Very helpful from enquiry through to completion of job. Took before and after photos of the work he carried out on our roof to show us. We shopped around for cost too and we got great value for money.
