After an initial delay with the scaffold company not turning up on the day they were booked the guys did an excellent job rebedding the hip & ridge tiles and installing ventilation tiles. Whilst they were up there they spotted that one of the chimney pots was badly cracked, which explained why we had damp patches appearing on the chimney breast in the bedroom. There quote included the cost of scaffold on three sides and was as competitive as other roofers that wanted to do the work from a scaffold tower. Only slight niggle was that I don't think they rubbed down and applied an undercoat to the soffits and fascia's that they repainted so I would probably get a painter & decorator to do those next time. All in all can't fault them as roofers.

Scott did a good job on the roof. It was done 4 years ago now, and I've had no issues.

I was happy with the way the work progressed. I liked that photo's of the work were provided - so I could see the repairs done to the roof. I received regular messages so I knew what would happen and when. If there's work in the future needed I'd contact Scott again.

From initial quote to complete was a week. Job was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

Completed job then I asked him to quote for a further job and he was able to fit me in the next week. Would recommend him.

Cannot fault houston builders! They really are fantastic! As expected, anyone choosing a builder is always nervous about if your picking the correct person.. How good they are... Can they be trusted etc! However omg houston builders are amazing! We had a load baring wall knocked out and a door blocked up and plastering done! The work was done to absolute perfection! We felt totally comfortable leaving them alone in our house and they tidied up every single day! Cannot recommend then enough

Excellent. From quote to completion took less than a week, communication was very good and onsite team friendly, tidy and cooperative - despite heavy wind and rain :) I will be using Scott and his team again. Thanks.

Work was good but got much cheaper quotes after I had committed to use them. Job was sold to me as insurance backed guaranteed but no insurance certificates have been provided despite numerous requests, so I think this claim is untrue. I would not use them again.

Scott and his team did an excellent job including accessing a structural engineer and sorting out building control regs for us. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we would certain use his company again.

Scott and team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were quick to come out and quote and provided excellent advice/details on our damp problem. The quote for the work was the best we'd had and the team fit the work around us, even at the weekend! The work was professional, clean and we are more than satisfied.
