Adam was brilliant, he is incredibly hard working and managed to revamp our kitchen and bathroom in the space of two weeks. We have now sold our house thanks to the work that Adam and his team achieved. We will certainly be using him again in the future. Thank you Adam!!!

Adam was very responsive to emails and messages leading up to the job. He was prompt at 8am every day until the job was finished. He organised the electrician and plumber for me so I wasn’t chasing around after people. My kitchen has been transformed to my exact specification and is now a lovely social space for the family to eat together. Very impressed. Would hire again and have even recommended him to my Dad. Adam and his team recently refurbished our office in Dartmouth. The job included plaster-boarding, plastering, installing new skirting boards and architraves, new lighting, electric heaters and distribution board, installing a new toilet, hand basin, taps and plumbing, followed by complete redecoration throughout. Adam's initial quote was very clear and he ensured that any changes/extras were discussed along the way to ensure that we remained on budget. Adam's team have transformed what was a tired and dreary space into a fresh and clean office and I am very pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation in enlisting their services again in the future.

I unreservedly recommend Adam Smith of Houseman Plastering: They turned up on time, kept to budget and worked within an allotted time-scale - and to top it all, Adam and his crew are really nice blokes! The job was to upgrade the kitchen and add a new downstairs loo. It was more complicated as there was a large chimney breast to dismantle and floors to level. Adam suggested one or two refinements and I am really glad he did as it made the kitchen area look so much better. We had one or two things which we wanted doing at the end of the job and they were able to fit them in as well. It is great to find builders like these, they are intelligent and willing to talk about the job and understand your needs. It is well worth waiting until they are available. Lovely job

Adam and his colleague Paul came and relaid my garage floor and extended my drive. They both arrived at 8 o'clock sharp every morning and completed the work in only 4 days due to their excellent work ethic. Adam checked with me throughout the work that everything was looking OK and even suggested things he could do extra (if I wanted him to) as the work went along. He even fixed my garage door which wasn't fitted correctly and cemented around the sides of the door where the old cement was falling off for no extra cost! Very friendly and down to earth. Would highly recommend. Steve
