LUKE AND BROTHER CAME TO MY HOME TO REPLACEMY ROOF TAKE OF TILE ROOF AND REPLACE WITH RUBBER ROOF THIS WAS 30TH NOVEMBER AND WE ARE NOW IN MARCH AND LEFT IN A TERRIBLE MESS THE ROOF HAS TO BE TAKEN OFF AND DONE AGAIN HE PROMISED TO RETURN TO DO THAT THAY DO NOT HAVE ANY SKILLS IN THIS SO PLEASE DONOT GIVE THEM ANY WORK AS WE GAVE THEM A £1OOO TO HELP THEM OUT AND THIS IS HOW YOU GET TREATED WE HAVE TO ARRANGE FOR ALL THE RUBBISH TO GO AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEM THEN PAY AGAIN I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS THAY ARE CALLED HOMEPRIDE ROOFING BLACKBURN

Lawrence came to have a look at the roof leaks. He was paid to repair the leaks and guaranteed that there wouldn't be any further leaks. The leaks continued from the same spots. Despite me calling him he didn't return any calls even though he said he would come and have another look. Since then I've had to have the roof refelted and have more work done on the guttering to fully rectify the problem.

Home Pride did an excellent job. They responded promptly and even came out on a Saturday morning to do the work. Very fair quote - especially in comparison to the quote from another roofer. As well as fixing the immediate problem, they also identified other issues with the roof, for which they once again quoted quite reasonably.
