The tradesman knowingly requested payment for a job that was not completed and attempted to conceal this by falsely claiming the tenant had refused access — a blatant lie. This deliberate misrepresentation not only shows a lack of integrity but also raises serious concerns about trustworthiness and professional standards. would have given " - 5" if that was an option.Answer from tradesperson:
Completely disagree with these false claims, this landlord has been constantly haggling with prices for the last 4 weeks whilst the poor tenant has been left with no heating and hot water due to a leak on a radiator. We’ve attended remove and capped off radiator/pipework and got the boiler back up and running We’ve asked for a part payment until we can get back and fit a new radiator which the landlord refused So we simply said OK keep the payment but please do not contact our company again, clearly this has touched a nerve We hold ourselves in high regards with extreme morals and values and will not be spoken to like we have done. As always two sides to every story we just wish we could warn other companies about this landlord
