Thanks for the kind words/review All of the above is very true. Although what has failed to be mentioned is you was also away on holiday for 3 weeks and it wasn’t a simple tap installation The bath tap that had been purchased was from America which wasn’t compatible and needed additional parts. Also failing to mention that the bath would have to be removed to fit the new taps which when we advised tiles could get damaged you wouldn’t sign a waiver form We politely informed you that we wouldn’t be carrying out the work and to look for another plumber Glad we trusted our instincts and walked away from this job

Two sides to every story The bathroom has been carried out in stages due to client wanting to lay the floor themselves etc First fix carried out - Paid for 1 days labour and materials 2nd fix carried out installation the sink and toilet - Paid 1 days labour and materials Last part of the job was to fit the wall panels, shower & enclosure On two visits the wrong parts had been delivered so I’ve been unable to carry out any work. In the meantime of waiting, I’ve had a new baby born and my eldest child getting chicken pox which has been quite severe and also not to mention extremely dangerous incase our new born gets it. No money has been taken unless the work has been carried out Communication could’ve been handled by both parties better, but safe to say we now won’t be going back to complete Many Thanks Chris
