We worked hard to afford this work and checked out all the reviews but wish we had taken out the insurance. Essentially our view is that the company is not qualified to do kitchen refits and install double glazing. We issued snagging lists which were ignored and argued about. The workman damaged the worktops and units complaining it was the units fault, and these had to be replaced. They incorrectly installed the washing machine and tumble drier but we now can't put this right unless we rip out an entire length of units. We did reach a substantial settlement for these faults. However, as suggested by the company we brought in another expert on the new patio door they installed as they could not get it to run smoothly. We have been advised it will need completely replaced costing another £1000. they blocked up the drainage holes. The settlement won't cover this, having been negotiated before this came to light, but the stress has been tremendous and we just wanted it to end. We have thought long and hard about this review but we would not want anyone else having the same experience we have had. i should mention that we were advised that the particular workmen who did our work are no longer with the company.
