Craig came. Gave me good advice as we didn't have enough tiles. He came and did the job. It looks brilliant. No mess left afterwards. All done in a day. Very competitive price. Would definitely recommend and use Craig again. Even my husband was happy with it.

Craig and Del arrived as agreed. The work was carried out most professionally and efficiently. Very pleased with the tiling, looks better than we thought it would. They cleaned up afterwards and left the en suite looking spectacular. Would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly tiler.

Craig responded quickly to do the job. He coped well in terms of getting the tiles to run in line in an awkwardly shaped room. However one tile in the middle of the room sank down in one corner leaving an unsightly lip in the middle of the floor. He responded to my text about this by blaming the floor for not being level. I explained to him that the 3 tiles abutting the dipped one are all level so it could’ve be that. He then said it could make it worse to try to take the tile up ( even though he had told me when doing my job that he could easily take up and replace a chipped tile for me in another room). I indicted he should come and have a look for himself but he instead asked me to send a photo as coming back would be ‘ a pain for 1 lip’. Since I sent the photo he has completely ignored my texts. He was on holiday and had 2 weeks work to follow so I have given him time to respond. He has not done so. It is unacceptable and unprofessional not to return to at least inspect the problem and understand why a customer is unhappy with the work. At over £40 a square metre to lay these tiles it was not a cheap job. I could not recommend him at all.

Craig and Del did a fantastic job on tiling my wetroom. One of the walls was not straight and they did a brilliant job of getting the tiles looking perfect. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves so all in all a pleasure to work with. Pricing was competitive. I would highly recommend Holmes Tiling.

Craig and his assistant did a fantastic job of tiling our back yard, which has really transformed it into a summer haven! It was a tricky one due to the uneven surface, but with a fair amount of floor leveller and adhesive Craig managed to get it looking swish. Nice guy, very communicative and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
