Review left on 13 Oct 2021Rating: 1 out of 5Boiler Service(Updated on 18 Oct 2021)I had specified what type my boiler was and was therefore surprised that MD Khan had so much trouble just getting the cover off as it is only fixed by two screws. When the cover panel for the heat exchanger was taken off he managed to break the boiler sensor wire and this has led to a boiler not operating correctly and to keep shutting down. I lost confidence with there service that they provided and have decided to seek a repair with another engineer.Answer from tradesperson:
On of strange client we had in our trade career.Left the job with client satisfaction,All working by manufacturer instruction.Got a call from client said my central heating in not working and he also mentions there is one parts is just broken And he will buy the parts and ask me to come and fix it.Ok I agreed go back next day to fix it.I was surprised when I was in his property he already working with the boiler he take the case out for the boiler (he is not allowed to do it) And fixing the parts on his self.(I have prove) And also I give money for the parts what he purchase.So my question does he done something with the boiler,How can he know the parts is broken because the parts is inside you can’t see without open the case for the boiler And why he running for the parts and why he not waiting for us to fix the issue.this is our mistake we should get the parts and fix it not him.So I’m confused about this mess is that me or the client.
