    Replace 4 windows
    Darius and his colleague were excellent. They completed the work to a very high standard and offered very good customer service. We are delighted with the new windows. Thank you again Darius!

    New black Upvc window supply and fit
    Avoid Avoid Avoid COWBOY BUILDER He fitted a Upvc window and left the window openers with gaps when closed. I asked him to come and repair and he did not. Took my money and ran off. Avoid Avoid Avoid COWBOY BUILDER

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As with every job we take on we do our upmost best to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. This jobs was no exception, unfortunately the feedback given, does not describe the service this customer has received, as we have only supplied the window and not fitted it, which was done by the customers builder converting the garage. However the customer has asked us to replace the opening sashes as they had some issues with them. Which we have replaced free of charge.The rest of our feedback Cleary speaks for what we do. Which is providing a quality service.

    Roof lantern and sash window
    Darius replaced our kitchen sash window and made a fantastic job of it - so we hired him to replace 3 further windows and then our front and back door. He did a great job with no fuss and exactly as we asked. Also a very pleasant and tidy tradesman. Would absolutely hire for any windows or door related work.

    UPVC part glazed exterior back door and cat flap
    Darius at Tru Windows fit a new UPVC back door and cat flap for me and really did an amazing job, I am so pleased. His work was super tidy and Darius is polite and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended. The door looks fantastic. Thank you!

    Replace old sliding door with new uPVC french doors
    You might be thinking that TruWindows/Darius' feedback looks a little bit too positive - are they really that good? I am happy to confirm Darius' level of service is the best I have ever had from a tradesmen. He was on time for quoting and performing the work, his standards of work are very high and best of all he's tidy and takes everything away. Very pleased with the work completed and would HIGHLY recommend his services!

    Windows and doors replacement
    Darius was competitive with his quote and made amendments to the spec until I was happy. He did a great job and I would use him again for future projects.

    Replace garage side door
    Darius is very friendly and professional, his comms are excellent, and even when parts were delayed he kept me informed. The workmanship is excellent and finished to a high standard, also very tidy. I would have no problem asking Darius to do further work and would highly recommend him to others.

    Replacement front door
    Darius was an incredible find, his work has been done to a high standard, it was really hard for him to work within our budget but he kept to it, with no hidden nasties. He’s polite, hardworking and a real credit to himself. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him!
