William arrived very promptly and was quick to diagnose both problems with my central heating & water boilers. All costs and work required were confirmed before he started. We found him to be very helpful, taking the time to explain why the faults had occurred and he even reset my digital timer for my central heating boiler without me having to ask! William is coming back next week to fit a new part for my water boiler (diaphragm). Overall, the service was very efficient, reasonably priced, hassle-free and most importantly - without any hidden costs. Would definitely recommend.
