I can highly recommend Hampstead Heating & Plumbing. We had been without heat or hot water for 5 days, Walied came same day once I contacted him via mybuilder. He disclosed his fees upfront via e-mail. I found him honest and very reliable, he even texted me later that evening to see if all was OK with the boiler. There were a few more issues with the boiler, it was 12yrs old and knackered, at my request Walied replaced it. He was on time, polite, efficient and tidy. I will certainly use this company again in the future, very happy with the quality of the service and work.

Walied was excellent, a very good communicator and turned up on time. He is very professional, courteous and polite. He has an excellent knowledge of his trade and provided me with good advice as well as an excellent service.
