    Poor workmanship, cheap goods, poor customer service, please get a jct contract if you use this man, I was left with holes in the wall, sparking electrics, excrement leaking into the passageway, tiling a 3 year old could have done and a massive bill that I now have to fight through solicitors and courts. I now have to find £8000 to get the work rectified. He even lied about his own wedding made out it was his daughters. I wish this site would let you post videos or photos as these would speak louder than any words I could write. I’m heartbroken he wanted 50% of the money upfront so please don’t pay him until the end as he won’t do as he says, and you may be chasing him for months like I did to complete the work, don’t pay any cash as he will pretend you haven’t paid him, oh and he will crap in your shed so you may want to lock the doors

    Please note that I am currently in a litigation battle with this customer as she is trying to avoid paying her bill. As such, this review is wholly inappropriate. Any work left outstanding is because I went on honeymoon and when I returned I was informed I was not allowed on site to finish the second fix. You will see that this is my only negative review and it is the only customer I am having legal troubles with. I am very saddened by this matter and hope to resolve the situation amicably.

    remove old pipes
    Mr Williamson from Heritage Plumbers via My Builder came and did a good job taking out the old pipes and making the holes good afterwards. A good man.

    toilet macerator plus other work
    James is reliable, methodical and turns up when he says he will. He has a practical attitude and is thorough and knows his stuff. I highly recommend you use him as we shall again. Please note that he runs even better on milky coffee and four sugars!

    Electric shower won't switch on and plug sockets

    Install water supply & drainage for dishwasher.

    A prompt response to my enquiry, a detailed & expert explanation of the work that would be required, including the price, and then...........came the next day to do the job! A very neat & tidy job, all ready for attaching our new dishwasher when it's delivered later today. Very pleased, and will use again.
