I am disappointed that he did not give professional advise but just accepted to draw what i proposed. This lead to complete failure of task., loss of time, loss of fees for planning and i got demotivated to consider any work on my property. We used this company mainly to get planning permission for a two storey extension to the side of our house. We dealt mainly with Adam and he was amazing. We asked him to tweak our plans numerous times and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was great and we were never left wondering what was going on. We asked them to do the building regulations drawings as well because they did so well with the planning permission and again we were impressed. Even after changing my mind on a few areas they came up with solutions and ideas.
