Strongly avoid. The tradesperson has embarked on my bathroom project in February this year and since then he has cancelled most of his appointments due to his personal circumstances such as childcare issues, his mother being run over by a car, his car would not start... The list was long. He has wasted some of the material and left the unfinished bathroom when I started challenging him about the quality and appearance of the seal and tiling etc. But the worst of all happened when he charged me £870 for the old tile removal, 3x plasterboards and retiling but he decided to tile over the old tiles hoping I will not notice. He also said all the pipework will be done inside the walls and charged me extra for this and he has not delivered fully for what I have paid. Five months later, he is leaving a mess, unfinished bathroom, wasted materials, broke my toilet and bedroom wall my accident and he refuses to take the responsibility for the situation. Matt has done a fabulous job in retiling my bathroom. There have been a few challenges and he has been very helpful in giving solutions and suggestions. He has been very good at communicating and honest through out the process. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent service! My job was a quick one and he was happy to travel to do it. Very reasonable. Arrived when said. Very pleasant man. Would have no trouble having him again. And will do.

Matt was so professional. He left details of when he was arriving and worked throughout to get the tiles done. He has done a fantastic job of our tiles and we will be recommending him to all our friends who need tiling doing this year. Many thanks Matt :)

Very helpful and friendly - We are very pleased with the results and even though we had a few unforeseen issues with materials and suppliers, Matt was on hand to advise and work through alternative solutions. Would recommend.

I wish that I had found Matt Tubb of Henley Bathrooms a long time ago! His work was clean and tidy and the final effect was superb. The prices was more than fair and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who has a bathroom problem that needs fixing - especially if it involves tiling!
