I called Ashley and explained that I wanted a quotation for a new boiler. He arrived on time & called ahead to say he is coming. I was very impressed with the way he explained to me about different products and his knowledge of the work to be carried out. I had already asked two other Gas engineers to quote me and it was a completely different experience. For starters, Ashley was the only person to present me with a price on the day which was brilliant. I was still waiting for one of the quotes to come in which was over three weeks! The price that Ashley gave me was very reasonable. Although I only had one other quote to compare to, the prices were very similar. I needed the work done fairly quickly so I decided straight away to go with Ashley’s company as he offered me the most professional service. We arranged the dates & the engineers arrived when they were supposed to and work commenced on time. The engineers were very friendly, helpful and explained the order in which the work was going to be done. They placed dust sheets down and started to work in a very clean and efficient way. The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. The engineers explained to me how everything works and they took payment on completion. Overall I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Ashley even called me two days after completion to check and I felt even happier.
