Excellent all along, very happy! Alan responded promptly to the job and came around the same day. His quote was detailed, with photos of the issue and his solution. He arrived in time on the due date and repaired the issue. Whilst on the roof he spotted another unrelated issue and gave a quote and pics for that too. Within days, that was fixed. Alan was polite and kept me up to date at every stage. His prices are very reasonable and I am confident that he is an honest and fair tradesman. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and would definitely use him again.
