We had internal damp patches next to both chimney breasts. Heafon assessed and then came to repair within the specified time period. He explained the problems he saw and how he was going to correct them. No problems since repairs were done.

When a potential service provider answers their phone promptly and courteously before committing to respond quickly to your request you start to feel confident in that company. A&E did all of this; then they turned up on time, provided a detailed and informative quotation and made a number of suggestions to keep costs low and solve both the immediate and longer term issues. Once they were engaged to deliver on their quotation they did so promptly; completed the work on time and on budget. As a potential customer....what more do you need to know. Highly recommended.

Heafon repaired our lead flashing within a couple of days. He also came back a few days later to do some extra repointing that needed doing and to fix our gutters. He has been reliable and friendly and we would certainly use him again.
