overall good to get the work fixed. HB Roofing also noticed a problem with my chimney and temporarily fixed it with cement to hold the coping in place.

I would heartily recommend HB Roofing and Property Maintenance. Harry arrived promptly to access the damage to my roof taking photographs of the damage. He made a temporary sealage to stop water leaking into the loft to keep the landing dry. On Monday Harry and his fellow worker arrived and worked almost non stop making a superb job to the roof. When the job was completed they cleared any debris away leaving the place in a pristine condition. My opinion is that this is a very professional company.

Harry did a good job of my gutters; I would highly recommend him. He did extras and did it fast and efficient. I am happy with the job after a heavy rain.

Needed a roofer to check some repair work for a prospective purchase. Harry was able to assess my surveyors report, check if the issues actually needed to be repaired and provide a quote. He also offered advice on the material of the roof and its lifespan. Unfortunately the sale fell through, but I would be more than happy to hire Harry again should I need any roof work done!

Harry was excellent. He not only gave me the best quote, fixed the flat roof quickly and totally effectively but he also diagnosed some future issues with my roof (and even fixed some without charging me extra!). I can not recommend him highly enough. My house is in Belfast but it was no problem that he is in Clough Mills. Also his communication is excellent. He let me know exactly what he could do and when and then whatsapped me photos of everything. Superb. Thanks again Harry. I look forward to working with you in the future.
